Keeping the land healthy is more than farming… it is my oath.

Ashu

My name is Ashu Sharma, a young farmer from Kurar, Kaithal (Haryana), and this oath is the truth of my life. My journey with soil is not just a profession, it is a relationship of faith, responsibility, and pride. Every morning when I step into my fields, I feel the same warmth and strength that a person feels when meeting an old friend. I remind myself that healthy soil is the foundation of a healthy future.

To protect this priceless gift of nature, I follow practices that keep my land alive - Soil Solarization, Crop Rotation, and careful management of every inch of my field. I grow cucumber, and after every season I rotate with capsicum, allowing my soil to rest, recover, and stay fertile for years to come.

To enrich my land and improve its texture, I trust the best nutrition solutions. They help me maintain balance, strength, and the long-term productivity of my soil. Slowly, my fields transformed. They became an example. Farmers in my village often say that they feel inspired seeing how I care for my land like a child—nurturing it, protecting it, and watching it grow with me.

Because for me, farming is not only about yield. It is about preserving the soil, honoring my roots, and building a sustainable tomorrow. I am Maati ka Rakhwala — today and always.
