At Yara, we believe business growth and community progress go together. Our success isn’t just about productivity—it’s about the well-being of the people around us. Guided by this belief, Yara India drives its social responsibility efforts through Kiran – A Yara India Community Initiative, the cornerstone of our CSR work.
Our CSR initiatives are carried out in line with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, guided by a dedicated CSR Committee and an approved CSR Policy.
Yara India’s CSR plan is driven through a dedicated Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and overseen by six trustees who meet twice a year to review progress. Operating as ‘Kiran – A Yara India Community Initiative’, this CSR arm connects Yara India with the Trust to ensure all efforts stay aligned with our goals.
Our initiatives showcase how Yara is strengthening rural development through focused interventions in education, health, livelihoods, agriculture, and community infrastructure.
