These terms of use apply to the use of Yara FarmCare and any or all of the offerings made available on the application including services on the application, digital farming products, services, hardware, software, websites, digital resources and other market offerings (“Solutions”) made available by Yara Fertilisers India Private Limited and/or by any of its affiliates. Each organization or individual (you) wishing to make use of any of Yara’s Solutions is subject to these Yara FarmCare – Terms of Use (“Terms”) together with any other Solution-specific terms that apply to the Solution offered and used.
